1. Introduction
  • This website is owned and operated by Plasticland (Pty) Ltd trading as Store & More (“Plasticland”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
  • These Terms & Conditions govern the advertising and sale of product on the website and are binding against all users (“you” or “your”) of the site. By using the site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms.
  • Plasticland (Pty) Ltd is a company in the home goods industry offering really useful merchandise for the whole family can be found with over a 100 categories to choose from. Everything useful from Storage to Houseware and Homewares, Outdoor to Office and School, Party and Play to Seasonal and everything in between can be found in one of our stores.
2. Products and Pricing
  • While every effort is made to keep information on the website current and accurate, we do not warrant the accuracy of content. Specifically, we do not warrant the accuracy of images, descriptions, colours, prices or stock availability.
  • We do not warrant that any product is appropriate for any particular use.
3. Orders, Payment, Delivery and Collection of Goods
  • Sales orders are accepted on a “click and collect” or “delivery” basis.
  • We accept payment made made via Visa or MasterCard
  • Paid orders are confirmed by email.
  • Customers are requested not to collect “click and collect” orders until receiving telephonic communication from us confirming that the goods are ready for collection.
  • If we are unable to fulfil all or part of your order, we will notify you and, if applicable, give you the option of accepting part-fulfilment or cancelling the order.
  • For “click and collect” orders, customers are required to produce a copy of the order confirmation to verify their title to the goods.
  • Subject to availability of stock at the preferred store, we will endeavour to make “click and collect” orders available for collection within 48 hours of receipt of your order, delivery to local metro areas within two business days and delivery to outlying areas within four business days.
  • Your goods will be delivered within 2 business days for local areas and within 4 days for outlying areas, excluding weekends & public holidays. All our deliveries are carried out by The Courier Guy.
  • Local Delivery: Orders below R1500 have a delivery fee of R150.00 if the delivery address is within 50km of the selected store address.
  • Outlying Delivery: All orders where the delivery address is more than 50km from the selected store address, a delivery fee of R350.00 is charged.
  • Free Delivery: Available for orders above R1500 where the delivery address is within 50km of the selected store.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to collection of goods by sending an email to [email protected] and attaching a copy of the order. Cancelled orders will be confirmed by email, following which a full refund will be processed with 48 hours of confirmation of cancellation.
  • We will gladly refund or exchange any item on collection, or any unused item within 10 days of collection provided the original packaging is intact and the original till slip is produced.

  • By purchasing product via this website, you warrant that you are legally entitled to do so and that all details you have provided are true and complete.
10. Changes to these Terms & Conditions
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting changes to this page, and the amended Terms will supersede any previous versions with effect from the date on which it is posted.

10. Card acquiring and security

  • Card transactions will be acquired for Plasticland (Pty) Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

11. Customer details separate from card details

  • Customer details will be stored by Plasticland (Pty) Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

12. Responsibility

  • Plasticland (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

The Really Useful Rewards Card Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility for Membership

  • Any individual over the age of 18 is eligible to become a Cardholder.
  • Membership is granted and maintained at the sole discretion of Store & More.

2. Personal Information

  • Cardholders will be requested to provide personal information on the registration to enable identification and to allow Store & More to communicate with Cardholders.
  • All personal information obtained by Store & More by virtue of your membership is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is published on our website.

3. Rewards

  • Cardholders earn Cashback rewards at a rate of 2.5% on the value of purchases made at any Store & More outlet or via the website, excluding any purchases that are otherwise discounted.
  • Cashback rewards may be redeemed against future purchases made at any Store & More outlet but not purchases made via the website.
  • Cardholders need to present their Really Useful Rewards Card or some form of photo-ID to redeem cashback rewards.
  • Cashback rewards may not be redeemed for cash or transferred to another Cardholder.
  • Cashback rewards are valid for three years from the date earned, after which they will automatically expire, and the Cardholder will have no further claim against Store & More.

4. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Store & More may amend these terms & conditions from time to time, in which case a general notice will be placed on our website.
  • The latest version of these Terms & Conditions will always be published on our website.

Refund Policy
  • Please insist on a TILL SLIP and check the validity thereof. This is to prevent fraud and is required should you request a REFUND.
  • We will gladly REFUND or EXCHANGE any unused item within 10 days of purchase, provided the original packaging is intact and the original till slip is produced.
  • NO CASH REFUNDS! We can only REFUND on the card that was used to make the purchase.
  • CARD refunds takes up to 10 – 14 work days.
  • EFT refunds can be done directly to your account, by submitting a bank confirmation letter, the refund will reflect in 48 hours.
